I bought one for my sister who has a totally different head shape & facial structure. We both feel good in this hat & have had lots of possible comments about how nice it looks.
The navy is very dark - almost black but not quite; perfect winter colour.
The hat is warm, made of wool felt. It also fits so that it sits low enough to partially covers the ears & comes right down to the neck - so it gives good coverage in cold weather. But you could wear it more pushed back & it still looks good.
It is wearing well & genuinely packs flat, which is handy if the day warms up.
So much more stylish than a beanie for daily wear!
